You should try and get this into stores in the Greenville, NC area. It is a college town with the mascot of a Pirate, our football team actually comes out in a Purple Haze. I think it would be a great seller not only because of the name but it is a great tasting beer!

PLEASE tell me where I can find Purple Haze in Las Vegas. So far, the only place that I've found it is in the Sahara Hotel. They have an area decorated in a 60's motif, so I guess that they figured a beer called Purple Haze fit right in. :)

Glad you like it! Checking the beer finder (http://abita.com/find_abita/index.php) I found Famosa Super Market, 543135 Roberts Rd. in Hilliard, which looks like it's about 9 miles from Columbus. Cheers.

Checking the beer finder for Purple Haze in Las Vegas I got a bunch of hits -- you can purchase six packs at Whole Foods, Lees Discount Liquors or Sunflower Farmers Markets.
Tried Abita for the first time in December 2009 while in the Big Easy. Loved it but thought that I would have to go back to get more. One day I went to the Abita site and found the locator and just for fun typed in my zip code. There is a store three miles away that sells Abita and others in the area I work! I had only tried the Amber while in New Orleans. When I got to the liquor store the only Abita available was Purple Haze. I usually don't go for fruity beer although I love raspberries.
Anyway I was pleasantly surprised after the first initial sip. Different than the usual more bitter beer I prefer but Purple Haze is still a beer that I will include in the future.

Just wondering why I cannot get the best beer in the world anywhere around Omaha, Ne. The closest carrier is over an hour away in Maryville, Mo.

I made a layered beer with Purple Haze and Guinness. In keeping with the Purple Haze theme I call it Master Of Reality (that Black Sabbath album cover was purple and black for those of you that can remember back that far!) This is a very, very good layered beer!
