Tasso and Garlic Broiled Oysters on the Half Shell
Served with Restoration Pale Ale

III Course:
"Fish and Chips" Abita Battered Cod with Sweet Potato Fries, Vinegar and Spicy Aioli

IV Course:
Purple Haze Glazed St. Louis Ribs with Baked Beans and Brie "Mac and Cheese"
