FILTERING
Our micro filtration process is very expensive but is an imperative stage to our brewing process. Most other breweries add preservatives to and pasteurize their beer to give them a longer shelf life and stability. Our filtration process allows us to offer a crisp and fresh beer free of any additives or preservatives.
